The West System 101 Mini Pack is designed to be your first choice when it comes to small repairs around the boat, in the workshop, at home or wherever you are. This pack contains everything you could need, from gloves for protecting your hands, to mixing cups and sticks. This resin pack contains the West System 105 epoxy resin which is designed for wood bonding, fiberglass, reinforcing fabrics, composite materials and a variety of metals.
The West System 101 Mini Pack contains a pot of 407 low density fairing filler which can be blended into your epoxy mix to create a fairing putty, allowing for easy application and is perfect for a wide range of applications.

Simply mix the West System 105 Epoxy Resin with your chosen West System hardener using the ratio listed on the hardener to ensure an optimal cure.
The West System 205 Fast Hardener is a specially formulated hardener that is designed to be mixed into 105 epoxy resin to allow for a rapid cure that will create a high strength, moisture resistant solid bond.
- Cure time at 22℃ (72℉): 60 - 70 minutes
- Ratio (resin:hardener): 5:1 by volume
- Pot life at 22℃ (72℉): 9 to 12 minutes
- Working time at 22℃ (72℉): 60 - 70 minutes
- Solid state at 22℃ (72℉): 6 - 8 hours
- Minimum cure temp: 4℃ (40℉)
Mix the West System 205 Fast Hardener in with the West System 105 Epoxy Resin at a 5:1 by volume of resin:hardener. After 60 - 70 minutes the epoxy should be cured.
The West System 407 Low Density Fairing Filler is a blended microballoon based fairing filler that is designed to be added to a mixture of resin & hardener to create a fairing putty. This filler is easy to sand or carve once cured.

West System 403 Microfibres Adhesive Filler is a fine fibre blend that is designed to create a multi-purpose adhesive by thickening your blended epoxy resin/hardener combination. This filler is exceptionally good at wood bonding and gap filling, however also does an excellent job wetting-out/penetrating into wood fibres.
