Nautix A4T.Speed™ is high performance hard matrix antifouling with gliding-effect components especially recommended for regatta- and power-boats. This antifouling is selected by the most prestigious racing boats and skippers worldwide and became a reference for all racing boats.
The “T.Speed™” means that this antifoul provides a super smooth, friction free surface and reduces turbulence, which in turn increases speed or allows you to save fuel.

New Hull
- Degrease the surface with Nautix SD Degreaser.
- Remove all contaminants, such as oil, grease & salt.
- Rinse with fresh water & allow to dry.
- Wet sand with P120 grade paper.
- Apply adapted primer.
Previously Antifouled (good condition)
- Clean with a high pressure fresh water water or brush.
- Sand the surface with wet P80-120 grade abrasive paper
- Rinse with fresh water & allow to dry.
Previously Antifouled (poor condition or self-polishing)
- Remove all traces of antifouling by abrasion, sweep blasting or using Nautix Stripper.
- Degrease the surface with Nautix SD Degreaser.
- Sand primer with wet P80-120 grade abrasive paper.
- Rinse with fresh water & allow to dry.
- Seal with suitable Nautix Primer.
The number of layers that you need to apply varies depending on application method.
