The International Thinner No. 7 has been specially formulated for thinning epoxy type products including Interprotect® and Gelshield® 200. It can also be used for equipment cleaning in association with Interfill 830, Interfill 833 and Watertite.

As a general rule, thinning is not normally necessary provided that the paint is properly mixed. However, if the paint is being applied to a low film thickness or if the paint has become too thick from something such as cold weather, then follow the datasheet on the product to obtain the required constitency most suitable for application.
Applying the thinner to the paint is simple, add the required amount (not exceeding what is specified on the datasheet) and ensure that it is thoroughly stirred/mixed.
