Make sure you have thoroughly remove all fouling and contamination, including the leached layer. It is recommended to sue a high pressure water wash or scraping & wet sanding. Do not dry sand. Apply appropriate primer and wait for dry before application - follow instructions on the primer.
You can use the International Micron 300 Antifoul on suitable primed GRP, wood, steel/iron and lead. Avoid use on aluminium, other light-alloy metals and zincsprayed surfaces.
The recommended number of coats varies depending on what you are applying the Micron 300 Antifoul with:
- Brush: 2 coats (60 microns dry or 103 microns wet)
- Roller: 2 coats (60 microns dry or 103 microns wet)
- Airless Spray: 1 coat (120 microns dry or 207 microns wet)
