International Danboline Bilge Paint
The International Danboline Paint is designed to be used on bilges, lockers and bulkheads to protect against moisture penetration, and general wear and tear. This paint is only suitable for above the waterline.
Give your bilge, locker or bulkhead a splash of colour while also protecting it with ease. For the best end result, be sure to follow the preperation instructions.

- Recommended thinner & cleaner: International Thinners No. 1 (available as 500ml and 1L)
- Can be applied using a brush, roller or conventional spray
- Coverage: 11.0 m²/L per coat
- Recommended number of coats: 1 - 2
- Touch dry after 16 hours (at 5℃ / 41℉)
- Touch dry after 6 hours (at 23℃ / 73℉)

- 15℃ (59℉): Minimum 24 hours & maximum 3 days
- 23℃ (73℉): Minimum 16 hours & maximum 2 days
- 35℃ (95℉): Minimum 12 hours & maximum 1 day
Previously Painted (Good Condition)
- Wash down with Super Cleaner
- Rinse with fresh water
- Allow to dry
- Abrade with 180280 grade paper
Previously Painted (Poor Condition)
- Remove all previous coatings
- Prime the substrate
Bare Wood, Steel & Aluminium
- Prime with Yacht Primer or Interprotect
GRP
- Wash down with Super Cleaner
- Rinse with fresh water
- Allow to dry
- Abrade with 180220 grade paper
- Particular attention should be given to the reverse side of moulded GRP
