The Hempel Hard Racing TecCel is a high performance antifouling paint that provides excellent protection all season, with a hard finish. This antifouling paint contains TecCel technology, which ensures reduced friction, allowing for increased speed, which in turn makes it perfect for racing vessels, power boats and regatta yachts.
The Hempel Hard Racing TecCel features high mechanical strength for a superior crack resistant finish with amazing colour retention, designed to last all season. The Hard Racing TecCel is designed to protect your vessel from marine growth and other fouling organisms.

- Prime the prepared surface with Hempel Light Primer.
- Apply a tiecoat of Hempel Underwater Primer while surface is still tacky.

Existing Hard Matrix or Unknown Antifoul
- High pressure fresh water clean.
- Wet abrade & remove dust.
- Clean & dry the surface.
