All parts of the Cobb Premier Air BBQ Cooker are dishwasher safe due to being made from high quality stainless steel, except for the mesh base, which just simply needs wiping down. This BBQ is super easy to use, needing only 8-10 briquettes, charcoal lumpwood or Cobb's Cobblestone to cook almost anything.

Frequently Asked Questions
Option 1
- Place a fire starter into fire chamber & light it.
- Load fire grid with desired amount of briquettes and place on top of the ignited fire starter.
- Allow the coals to burn for at least 30 minutes until they are grey in colour for the first cooking.
- Only put on the grill and dome cover once the coals are grey.
- Allow the grill grid to warm up for 5 minutes with the dome cover in place.
- You are now ready to cook for up to 2 hours.
Option 2
- Remove Cobblestone from the wrapper & place into the fire grid.
- Light the centre of the Cobblestone.
- Wait for 2-5 minutes for the Cobblestone to stop smoking.
- Place grill grid onto the Cobb and allow to warm up for 5 minutes with the dome cover in place.
- You are now ready to cook for up to 2 hours
- To facilitate the cleaning process, make use of a non-stick spray prior to lighting your Cobb.
- Always use soap and watr to clean your Cobb after use.
- Do not use abrasive agents when cleaning the non-stick surface.
- Add hot water into the moat, as it assists with the cleaning process.
- Ensure liquid amount never exceeds 200ml.
- Wait 45 minutes to ensure liquid has cooled before removing inner sleeve.
- All stainless steel parts are dishwasher friendly.
- The outer casing only needs to be rinsed and wiped down.
- An abrasive sponge can be used on the fire chamber, inner sleeve and the inside of the dome cover only.
- Soak the grill in hot water with soap after it has cooled down (+/- 25 minutes)
- Do not remove the grommets.
- Oven cleaner can be sprayed on the inner sleeve and inside of dome cover only. Allow to stand for 35 minutes before cleaning.
