The 3M Perfect-It Boat Wax features a unique blend of Brazilian carnauba wax, silicones, polymers and resins to create an extraordinary gloss, while also providing a durable coating against the elements.
The 3M Perfect-It Boat Wax is the perfect choice for boats, RVs and industrial gelcoat surfaces. The formula is designed to be easy to apply and remove, even on warm surfaces, allowing you to achieve a flawless, dependable finish every time.

Frequently Asked Questions
By Hand
- Clean the boat with 3M Perfect-It Boat Wash.
- Shake well.
- Apply using a clean, dry Microfibre Cloth in a 2' x 2' area.
- Rub thoroughly onto the surface of the boat.
- Do not allow the wax to haze.
- Wipe off excess wax with a new clean, dry Microfibre Cloth.
By Machine
- Clean the boat with 3M Perfect-It Boat Wash.
- Shake well.
- Apply enough material to work in a 2' x 2' area.
- Spread the material with the buffing pad to reduce slinging.
- Using light pressure, evenly apply wax to the surface using a 50% overlap.
- Do not allow wax to haze.
- Wipe off excess wax with a clean, dry Microfibre Cloth.
Please Note
- Do not use in direct sunlight or apply to a warm surface.
- Do not use on vinyl or rubber areas.
- Do not dilute.
