The 3M General Purpose Safety Walk Tape features a high-friction texture top material that is designed to ensure long-lasting friction for light to heavy shoe-traffic areas. Every aspect of this tape has been carefully designed, from being low-profile to reduce being a trip-hazard to the pressure-sensitive adhesive. This tape can be used in a wide variety of locations, such as flat surfaces, steps, ramps, construction machinery and vehicles.
The 3M General Purpose Safety Walk Tape is a mineral-coated, abrasive material adhered by a durable resin to a pressure-sensitive adhesive backed plastic film. This tape has been certified by the NFSI as providing “high-traction", which means it has a wet SCOF greater than 0.6, which has been proven to reduce slip-and-fall claims by between 50-90%.
